A ton of energy and a couple of surprises, we've worked hard at making this new EP and I think fans will really appreciate the fine tuning we put into it.
What changes have you seen in your music from the 1st EP and the upcoming EP your releasing?
We've all grown musically so I think that will be something that people notice, and we've been able to really solidify what the Zoo Legacy sound is.
With the new video and upcoming EP release, what's next for the band?
Next is to kill the summer with the live performances, we're opening for Lauryn Hill and A$AP Rocky next month in our hometown and have been really focusing on getting our live set just right, we're really excited to make this happen!
For someone whose never heard your music, how would you describe it?
For more on Zoo Legacy, visit TheZooLegacy.com. I'll try to squeeze out another exclusive before their EP City Light Glow drops early next month but until then, keep an eye out on this up-and-coming alternative/hip-hop band, their sound continues to improve! Previous: Hidden Gem: Zoo LegacyWow that's tough, I would say it sounds like us lol, we have been able to create this sound that is not so much a mix between two genres (indie rock and hip hop) anymore but more a genre on its own if that makes sense. It can be described as good music, instrumentally, lyrically, melodically all that good stuff!
