Covers: Glass Animals (Kanye West), BASECAMP (Ace of Base),CHRVCHES (Arctic Monkeys), Bear Mountain (Tears For Fears)

Short link
Got three fairly new covers for you from three very different artists. Listen below to Glass Animals cover Kanye West's "Love Lockdown", BASECAMP cover 90's Swedish pop group Ace of Base "All That She Wants", rising electro pop band CHVRCHES cover Arctic Monkeys "Do I Wanna Know" and Bear Mountain cover 80's band Tears For Fears "Everybody Wants To Rule The World". Shout out to Pigeons and Planes for posting this first earlier today. Glass Animals does an excellent job creating a warmer version of "Love Lockdown" and really changing it up into something new. I'm a fan of this band now just because of this spectacular cover of the Kanye West classic. Next rising Nashville electro/R&B duo BASECAMP covers 90's Swedish Pop band Ace of Base's "All That She Wants", turning it into a mellow electronic R&B jam, slowing it down to more of a laid back style than a dance pop jam it was. This was done in February but I just found it on youtube the other day and decided I had to share since I got a positive response when I posted on twitter. The lead singer of CHVRCHES looks so shy and uncomfortable but this cover really comes together when the lead female vocalist and male singer go back and forth on the verses, adding to the intimacy of the track. Lastly comes a cover to an 80's song. Everybody loves the 80's and "Everybody Wants To Rule The World" is a great 80's song to cover, I just might go sing it at karaoke but that's only if Tears for Fears can be considered a 1-hit wonder. This sounds a little more modern while having that 80's electro pop influence in it. Interesting take by Bear Mountain, glad they took this on. [poll id="22"]
